What is DISC D3?

 

The DISC D3 examination is a competence diagnosis that combines the following analyses:

  • DISC – defining, among others, communication style, reaction tochange, level of stress resistance, work organization
  • TEAMS – preferred role in the team (Creator, Implementer,Analyst, Coordinator, Strategist)
  • VALUES – defines preferred values that determine decision-making (Loyalty, Independence, Equality, Honesty)
  • BAI (Behavioral Attitude Index)- determines internal motivations(Inner peace, Solidarity, Influence, Economy, Artistry,Knowledge)

The DISC D3 competence test examines not only observable behaviors that we can experience ona daily basis at work in a given team, work environment or private life.

This competence test also diagnoses elements that are invisible at first glance and yet influence behavior and decisions (teamroles, values, internal motivations).

The DISC D3 tool takes into account 3 dominant behavior styles, 12 atypical results, which translatesinto 40 different DISC profiles, 240 different D3 profiles and 1140 different DISC D3 profiles.
