My approach
I understand your struggles
Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repairing what has been broken. The broken ceramics are repaired by Master Kintsugi with gold, making the joints extremely visible. It is a symbol of fragility, strength and beauty. It is the acceptance of transience and imperfection. It is an appreciation of beauty that is imperfect, impermanent and incomplete.
Imperfection, impermanence, and incompleteness are the motives that run through our lives every day.
Therefore, I am assuming that instead of trying hard to fight the nature of things, we should learn to accept it and strengthen our resilience and flexibility in responses to the situation in which we find ourselves.
At Kintsugi Consulting, I work on the resources of our clients and I try to enrich these resources so as to give my clients the tools to face emerging situations on their own.
