1 / I want to book a consultation, but I don’t see an available date.
If in section book there are no dates available, please contact me via contact form
2 / I have made an appointment for a consultation, but I need to change the date, how can I do it?
You can change your booking up to 24 hours before the consultation time. In order to change the booking date, please contact me via contact form
3 / I want to cancel my consultation, will I get a refund
You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the consultation time. If the cancellation of the booking is made less than 24 hours before the consultation time, the refund will not be possible. To cancel your booking please contact me via contact form
4 / Can I schedule a live consultation?
At the moment there is no such possibility.
5/ Is it possible to issue an invoice?
Yes, I issue a VAT invoice for the session. Please contact via contact form.
6/ Is my data safe?
All data collected on my website and on websites serving me for promotional purposes are safe. Never used for transportation spam. From time to time I will be my subscriber curious and follow information as well as offers only about my products.
